By using CrochetNest and purchasing digital patterns, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Digital products
All patterns sold here are digital PDF downloads. No physical item is shipped. After successful payment, download access is provided by email to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery depends on a correct email and your ability to receive messages from us.
License & use
- Patterns are licensed for personal use unless a listing says otherwise.
- You may make finished items for personal use or gifts. Mass production or selling finished items may require written permission.
- You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the PDF pattern files.
- Pattern designs and store content remain the intellectual property of CrochetNest or their respective rights holders.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. Orders are only confirmed after payment succeeds. Promotional codes, if offered, must be entered before checkout and may have limits or expiration dates.
Refunds
Because patterns are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final once the download has been made available. If a file is defective or you never received access due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will help resolve it — often by resending the correct file.
Accounts & accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate email at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or missing downloads caused by typos, blocked mailboxes, or filters. See How downloads work for tips.

Patterns are provided as-is for crafting guidance. Results depend on materials, tension, and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or patterns, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
